Then from here we have all the info necessary to produce quotations, manufacture, assemble the kits for despatch to customer and to produce assembly lists for the DIY customer.

These are produced with abas infosystems and Jasper reports – with the layout done by the customer with the free iReports Designer

The quotation can be produced immediately – different options can be quoted and costed within minutes – just by opening the quotation in edit mode, clicking configure and altering any feature sheet entries – the production of alternate quotes is just a few minutes – so the customer can decide immediately.

When the price is agreed the contract is signed – the sheet above is the complete detail of the kitchen, all components, options, colours, finishes etc. This forms part of the contract.
