Final delivery of the kitchen for assembly on site

Picking List 1

The Picking List for the despatch department – when they receive sets of custom components, panels, doors, benchtops, appliances, plumbing fittings etc.

They pick the standard products (hinges, slides etc.) from stock and assemble the order together with the custom items.

The process of the delivery note is used to allow the kitchen to be sent in multiple shipments where required.

For example the may want the carcases first so the they may be installed and the plumbing and electrical work started, then later they want the finishing items like benchtops, panels and doors. Then the appliances last (in case they are stolen from the site)

Invoicing etc. is standard abas – although we are using custom infosystems and Jasper reports instead of the abas process printing – this is because they are simpler for the customer to design and modify.

Key point – Jasper is wonderful when used with infosystems – and FREE
